Our two most aromatic tea powders in one set, 30g each. Honey Orchid is a Dancong oolong, honeyed with roasted depth. Jasmine Cloud is a green tea scented with real jasmine flowers. These are the two we reach for when the drink has milk in it.

Taste & Texture

Honey Orchid Oolong: Honeyed and floral, with roasted depth underneath. The sweetness is the tea's own. Nothing is added.

Jasmine Cloud: Soft jasmine over a fresh green tea base. Floral and light, never perfumed.

Both are finely milled from whole leaves and whisk smooth, with nothing to steep or strain.

How to Use

One serving is 3g. Each 30g bag makes about 10 cups.

1. Sift 3g of powder into a bowl or cup.
2. Add about 60ml (2 oz) of hot water: 80–85°C (175–185°F) for Jasmine Cloud, 85–90°C (185–195°F) for Honey Orchid. Whisk until smooth.
3. Top with 180ml (6 oz) of hot or iced milk for milk tea, or with water for a lighter cup.

Honey Orchid makes a roasted oolong milk tea. Jasmine Cloud makes a soft jasmine milk tea, and is good iced with milk or coconut water. Both work in baking, sifted in with the dry ingredients.

Origin & Craft

Honey Orchid Oolong: Chaozhou, Guangdong, China. A Dancong oolong, roasted for depth, then milled whole into a fine powder.

Jasmine Cloud: Hengzhou, Guangxi, China. Green tea leaves are layered with fresh jasmine blossoms so the tea slowly takes on their aroma. The scented leaves are then milled whole.
