Listed from lightest to deepest:
Jade Dew (Yulu): Smooth and delicate, clean green.
Jasmine Cloud: Soft jasmine, floral and fresh.
Longjing (Dragon Well): Toasted and nutty, mellow green.
Honey Orchid Oolong: Honeyed and floral, with roasted depth.
All four are finely milled from whole leaves and whisk smooth, with nothing to steep or strain.
How to Use

One serving is 3g. Each 30g bag makes about 10 cups.
1. Sift 3g of powder into a bowl or cup.
2. Add about 60ml (2 oz) of hot water, 80–85°C (175–185°F). Whisk until smooth and lightly foamy.
3. Drink it as is, or top with 180ml (6 oz) of hot or iced milk for a latte.
A simple way to start: taste each one plain with water, in the order listed under Taste & Texture. Then use Jade Dew and Longjing for lattes and baking, and Jasmine Cloud and Honey Orchid for milk tea and iced drinks.

Longjing (Dragon Well): Shengzhou, Zhejiang. Pan-fired for its toasted, nutty aroma.
Jasmine Cloud: Hengzhou, Guangxi. Green tea scented with real jasmine flowers.
Honey Orchid Oolong: Chaozhou, Guangdong. A Dancong oolong with roasted depth.
Each tea is milled whole into a fine powder. 100% tea, nothing added. Third-party lab tested.
