i usually drink matcha as a latte so i wasn't sure i'd care about the difference, but i tried 007 with just water first and ended up making it that way again the next day. i used around 2g and cooler water (maybe 75c-ish). really smooth, a little savory, and not super seaweed-y. i did try it with oat milk once and honestly felt like i was wasting it lol.
This is pretty much how we like drinking 007 too 😄 Thanks for sharing the water temp as well — that makes such a difference.
