Jade Dew (Yulu): Smooth and delicate, with a clean green character and a soft finish. Whisks into a light, creamy foam.
Longjing (Dragon Well): Toasted and nutty, mellow rather than grassy. A natural fit for lattes and baking.
Both are finely milled from whole leaves, so the powder blends straight into the cup. Nothing to steep or strain.
How to Use

One serving is 3g. Each 30g bag makes about 10 cups.
1. Sift 3g of powder into a bowl or cup.
2. Add about 60ml (2 oz) of hot water, 80–85°C (175–185°F). Whisk until smooth and lightly foamy.
3. Drink it as is, or top with 180ml (6 oz) of hot or iced milk for a latte.
For iced drinks, whisk with a little hot water first, then pour over ice. For baking, sift the powder in with your dry ingredients.
Try both plain and side by side the first time. The difference is easiest to taste without milk.

Jade Dew (Yulu): Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. Shade-grown for smoothness, then milled whole into a fine powder.
Longjing (Dragon Well): Shengzhou, Zhejiang, China. Pan-fired, the traditional step that gives Longjing its toasted, nutty aroma, then milled whole.

A: The Discovery Set is fixed at Jade Dew and Longjing in 30g. Both are also sold individually in 30g, 60g, and 90g.

A: No. Each bag is 100% tea, with no sugar, milk powder, flavoring, or coloring.
