Gently shake — the weights move through the powder, naturally breaking up clumps for a smooth, even texture.
saw something similar in a matcha video and went down a rabbit hole trying to figure out what they were called. got two and they actually work. a few shakes and most of the powder is through. way less scraping around with a spoon.

works, just don't overthink it
drop them in the sifter and shake. that's literally it. i've been using both together and my matcha is sifted in a few seconds. simple idea but it works.
